Surprisingly, they are alose Level 3 DARK Fiend monsters which means that they are also targets for Ties on field
Chaos Wrap however gives the option for the owner of the permanent to "wrap" the card by putting in many sleeves (it doesn't specify an exact amount, so as long as you can keep fitting the sleeved card into more sleeves, you're presumably allowed to do this indefinitely) which prevents the card from taking damage or being destroyed by removing one sleeve from the card each time it would be

I am personally stoked to see how Regigigas can power up any of the Regi Pokemon in play, drop-down Thorton, attach either a Twin Energy [Rebel Clash] or Aurora Energy [Sword and Shield], and have a fully powered Amazing Rare Reshiram [Shining Fates] that can OHKO a Flying Pikachu VMAX [Celebrations]
50 damage may not be too exciting, and currently there arent a lot of essential Item cards in the format, but having this option turned off is always annoying
